How to use this

  1. Open the app in a browser and follow each case's steps.
  2. Compare what you see against the expected result.
  3. Mark Pass, Fail, or Blocked, and add a note.
  4. Use Copy results to send your findings back to the team.

Two-factor uses any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).

Sandbox, not live. This is a test environment. No real money moves and no real customer data is involved. Amounts, balances, and documents are test-only. A few flows depend on partner sandboxes and won't fully settle this round; those are called out in the relevant cases and in "Known limitations" below.

Onboarding test documents

The business-verification step needs documents that the identity partner's sandbox recognises. Use the test document set shared with this suite (a sample passport and proof of address). Real documents are not required and should not be used.

The partner-side approval of a verification is completed by the Alphaex team during the test window, so your status may advance a few minutes after you submit.

Known limitations this round

  • Sending stablecoin out to fiat (off-ramp) is not available yet.
  • Live bank deposits crediting a balance, and final settlement of a payout, are limited in sandbox. You can create and submit them and see the pending state; they may not complete.
  • You may occasionally see a brief "can't reach the server" moment. A known intermittent issue is being addressed; please just note the time and screen.

Two ways to test

  • Explore the product: ask for a pre-activated test business so you can go straight to accounts, sending, and the dashboard.
  • Test onboarding: start from a fresh business and walk the full sign-up and verification journey (Section C-3).
